This course is aimed at individuals with an interest in developing their knowledge and understanding of Human Resource issues. This could be either through a role as an individual working in Human Resources (HR), for those who wish to work in professions where HR is related to the sphere of work, or as a means to build on an existing knowledge base in its own right. The aim of this online course in Human Resources is to enable learners to acquire a thorough grounding in the principal subjects underlying the practice of Human Resources Management (HRM).

4. Recommended candidates

  1. Form IV leavers with two credit passes one of which should be English
  2. Form VI leavers with any principal pass.
